Ingredients
8 Potatoes (medium)
2 Shallots
10 Anchovies Fillet (in oil)
1 c Heavy Cream
1 c Breadcrumbs
1 T Butter
Instructions
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Keep sticks in cold water for a while to extract the starch.

2. Preheat the oven to 420F
3. Peel and roughly chop the onions.
4. Pat dry the potato sticks. Place half the potato sticks in a baking dish.
5. Cover with the onions, then a layer of anchovy fillets, then a layer of another half potatoes sticks.

6. Pour the Anchovy marinade(oil) and half cream over the layers.
7. Top with the breadcrumbs and dot with butter.

8. Bake for 50-60 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour in the another half cream.
